is a non-profit society with a mandate to articulate and serve the needs of the developing cyber arts and audiences.

is a working artist studio, a gallery/performance space, a critical 'E-zine' and a research laboratory.

presents introductory and advanced technical, theoretical and creative workshops and performances dealing with the aesthetics and tools of the future and the future present: the Internet, the World Wide Web, Interactivity, Multimedia, etc.

intends on providing facilities and related support services for artists working within computer integrated media, and specifically encourages, through its curatorial agenda, interdisciplinary artistic/social investigations/process, and productions using the new media. (CD-ROM, telecommunications, software development/
experimentation, Artificial Intelligence, VR, robotics, etc.)

proposes to inaugurate an annual curatorial investigation and parallel symposium that will excite and inform the public concerning issues of the interface of culture, computers, and community.

will use these annual events from which to project further associations and contacts, growing an ever more intricate weave from which to pattern visionary possibilities and novel creations.
